07  ·  Damaged Product Damaged or Wrong Product Received. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

08  ·  Coverage Non-Serviceable Areas. We deliver across most locations in India. Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable — you will be notified at checkout if your pincode is not covered. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

09  ·  Notes Important Notes. Always provide a complete and accurate delivery address including pincode and landmark. All products are securely packed to ensure safe delivery. Prifion is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
